I have had several funeral serves here for my loved ones and they did great jobs which is why I kept going back ! But Buti recently called with a very unusual request to use the parking lot for a horse and carriage to pick up my daughter for prom and without hesitation the answer was yes ! Mr Pernel even added it to the calendar and his receptionist called the day before to confirm ! Thank u so much this really helped make my daughters day ❤️💚

What can I say about Pernel Jones & Sons Funeral Home. Unapologetically, I can say the following: 1. The entire staff were prompt in responding to my family's requests. 2. Mr Jones known forever in my family as "Dr. Jones". Was masterful in making our casket selections; insurance details; hospital coordination; and most importantly being fair on the pricing. 3. Henry, the makeup artist made up my granny and she was as natural as she was in real life. His patience was well noted. 4. The limo driver, Eric Simmons was courteous and had such a pleasant disposition. We felt well cared for the whole day. For this to be a sad day for my family Pernel's Funeral Home made sure to walk us through a very difficult day with true grace. Thank you for your service and professionalism.

They did an excellent job, and the funds my dad and I had available they made it work. I used them in March of 2006. I call Evergreen Memorial and they told me my uncle wasn’t there. Then I called Pernell’s and they verified that my uncle was buried there in March of 2006. I call Evergreen back, and gave them the specific date, and told them I verified it with the funeral home that did the services. They told me they would give me a call back, and in less than 5 minutes I got a call back with his location.
